Kids' Fun Run

A special quarter-mile run will begin shortly before the 5K. All finishers will receive a custom medal and youth-sized race t-shirt (50/50 cotton blend).

Awards/Random Prizes

Adult-sized technical t-shirts for all 5K participants.

• 1st place overall for male and female finishers – $300
• 2nd place overall for male and female finishers – $150
• 3rd place overall for male and female finishers – $75

Anyone who sets a new course record (male or female) will automatically win a $100 bonus!

High school students are NOT ELIGIBLE to win cash awards. Additional non-cash awards for the top high school finisher and top teacher will be given.

In addition, prizes will be given in the following categories (no duplicate awards for cash prize winners):

• 10 and under
• 11 - 14
• 15 - 19
• 20 - 29
• 30 - 39
• 40 - 49
• 50 - 59
• 60 - 69
• 70 and over

Random drawing prizes for 2009 will include a weekend getaway to historic Boston including round-trip airfare for two plus a two-night stay at the Copley Square Hotel; cash prizes (one $100 prize, two $50 prizes, and two $25 prizes); and an assortment of gift certificates and other items. (You must be present for the drawing to win.)

Page's Memorial Foundation is a non-profit organization qualified as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Accordingly, donations made to the Foundation are tax deductible. The Foundation has no employees and all of the members of its Board of Directors and its Race Committee are volunteers. As a result, the Foundation is extremely efficient and is able to devote more than 85% of the money it raises to providing scholarships and funding research to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.
