Page's Memorial Foundation is a non-profit organization qualified as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Accordingly, donations made to the Foundation are tax deductible. The Foundation has no employees and all of the members of its Board of Directors and its Race Committee are volunteers. As a result, the Foundation is extremely efficient and is able to devote more than 85% of the money it raises to providing scholarships and funding research to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.
