Entry Fee

For 5K run/walk:
$30 in advance
$40 on race day
5K race registration includes an adult-sized technical shirt; size guaranteed if pre-registered.

For kids' fun run:
$15 in advance
$20 on race day
Fun run registration includes a youth-sized 50/50 shirt; size guaranteed if pre-registered.

All checks should be made payable to Page's Memorial Foundation.

Online registration closes September 30, 2009 at 3:30 pm. Register online early and save! Want to print and mail your registration form? Click here!

Pre-registration will be available online through October 1, 2009. After October 1, you may register in person in the front lobby of Churchill High School at the following times:

• Friday, October 2, 5 pm to 7 pm
• Saturday, October 3, 10 am to 2 pm

Packet Pickup

Race packets can be picked up at Winston Churchill High School during the following times:

• Friday, October 2, 5 to 7 pm, near the main entrance to the school (Gainsborough and Victory Roads). Please follow the designated signs.
• Saturday, October 3, 10 am to 2 pm, near the main entrance to the school (Gainsborough and Victory Roads). Please follow the designated signs.
• On site registration will also take place and continue during pick up.
• Race-day registration and pre-registration packets may also be picked up on race day starting at 6:30 am

Page's Memorial Foundation is a non-profit organization qualified as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Accordingly, donations made to the Foundation are tax deductible. The Foundation has no employees and all of the members of its Board of Directors and its Race Committee are volunteers. As a result, the Foundation is extremely efficient and is able to devote more than 85% of the money it raises to providing scholarships and funding research to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.
