Multiple College Scholarships to be Granted
By Page's Memorial Foundation Scholarship

Over the past five years, Page's Memorial Foundation has been able to award nearly $100,000 in scholarships to students with CF and has donated over $160,000 to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to further research for a cure. This year, despite the postponement of our 5K race to 2011, Page's Memorial Foundation still plans to award scholarships to deserving students with CF.

The Page's Memorial Foundation is offering multiple scholarships for college-bound students who have been diagnosed with cystic fibrosis. Applications will be accepted from students between April 15 and August 15, 2010. Scholarship winners will be notified by September 1, 2010.

Winners must have a copy of acceptance letter and notification of school final decision before funds can be released to school. During the fall semester monies will be forwarded to the winner's selected school. The application and personal statement must be submitted to:

Requirements

• You must be a current high school senior, college-bound student, or student currently enrolled in college with confirmed Cystic Fibrosis

• Completion of the scholar application

• Personal statement

• Proof-of-illness statement from your physician (on letterhead) confirming your CF diagnosis

• A copy of your most current high school/college academic transcript. Please note that you must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.

• Proof of enrollment from your college (currently enrolled college students), or a copy of your college acceptance letter (high school seniors only).

• Two letters of recommendation (non-family)
